User Agreement

Effective 7 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Nowyze, an on-device fieldbook for shells you collect. By tapping Continue after agreeing, you accept this agreement and the Privacy Policy.

The fieldbook

You create shell entries, optional photos, die-cut stickers, and PNG pages grouped by the collection date you enter. Name and family suggestions are hints. They are saved only after you accept them. Nowyze does not grade rarity, set a price, or arrange a sale.

Your content

Photos and notes you add are yours. Keep them on this device. Collect only empty shells, and follow local shore rules.

Sheet Credits

Cataloging a shell is free. Generating one PNG page package uses 1 Sheet Credit after you confirm. Preview does not spend a credit. Apple processes the purchase and shows the price. Credits cannot be moved to another device or restored after the app or its data is removed. If a page fails or you cancel generation, no credit is spent.

Accounts on this device

Continue is a one-tap local session. Log Out keeps your fieldbook. Delete Account removes that session and the fieldbook data stored for it on this device, including remaining Sheet Credits.
